NDIS Capacity Building Programs

TURN YOUR GAMING PASSION INTO REAL EMPLOYMENT

Turn your interests into real employment skills. Our "Level Up Academy" is a NDIS funded supported work program with expert mentorship, built by people who understand disability.

About Our Supported Work Program

Many employment programs focus on preparing people for work "someday." We believe in learning by doing. You start working from day one, earning wages for your contributions while receiving the professional workplace support you need to succeed.

Here's how it works:

You're employed by ESports Collective and earn wages for the work you do – just like any other employee. We use the Australian Government's Supported Wage System, which ensures you're paid fairly based on your productivity compared to the award wage.

Separately, your NDIS Capacity Building funding pays for the job coaching, workplace mentorship, and individualised employment support services we provide to help you thrive in your role.

It is two separate things:

  • Your employment: ESports Collective pays you wages through the Supported Wage System for your work contributions

  • Your support: Your NDIS plan pays ESports Collective for professional job coaching and workplace support services

Our Supported Work Program

This isn't volunteering or work experience. You'll earn real wages while getting expert mentorship, funded through your NDIS Capacity Building budget. Where needed, we follow Fair Work supported wage assessment processes.

  • interest based employment built around you

  • mentorship from people who truly understand disability support

  • Roles built around your interests and natural abilities

  • Skills that transfer to other jobs and future opportunities

  • NDIS support that adapts as you grow and develop your skills

  • Be part of something meaningful for our wider community

Choose Your Pathway

We don't force you into boxes - we build roles around what makes you tick, from gaming to coding and beyond. Your strengths drive the role you'll play. These three pathways are just the beginning - we tailor them to match your unique interests and abilities, crafting a role that fits you perfectly.
