We're local parents creating East Gippsland's first NDIS programs that transform gaming interests into genuine employment opportunities. Our approach is different: instead of seeing gaming as a problem to manage, we see it as your pathway to independence.

For the first time in East Gippsland, we're starting with what people naturally love – gaming, technology, creativity – and building pathways to independence from there.
Here's what we believe: People with disabilities already have incredible skills that can transform communities. We're here to amplify those strengths and create spaces where they can lead.
The revolutionary part? This isn't just Monday-Friday capacity building. We're creating Gippsland's first fully inclusive gaming community hub. Weekdays feature our Capacity Building Programs. Weekends become a community hub where our participants don't just belong – they lead it.

Leverage professional-grade driving simulation developed by Motum Simulation to build driving confidence and skills in a safe, risk-free environment before hitting real roads.

Maybe it's visiting without a support worker or booking their own learner's test. We celebrate every step toward greater independence, no matter how "small" it might seem.
