For the first time in East Gippsland, we're starting with what people naturally love – gaming, technology, creativity – and building pathways to independence from there.
Here's what we believe: People with disabilities already have incredible skills that can transform communities. We're here to amplify those strengths and create spaces where they can lead.
The revolutionary part? This isn't just Monday-Friday capacity building. We're creating Gippsland's first fully inclusive gaming community hub. Weekdays feature our Capacity Building Programs. Weekends become a community hub where our participants don't just belong – they lead it.
Multiple pathways designed by neurodivergent parents and delivered by people with real-world work experience to build genuine social connections and transform gaming passion into meaningful employment opportunities.

Success isn't about "fixing" anyone or making them neurotypical. Real success is levelling up from wherever you start – whether that's independence, community connection, or landing your dream job.
For some, success is catching the bus or train here independently for the first time. For others, it's troubleshooting tech issues for paying customers. Maybe it's visiting without a support worker or booking their own learner's test. We celebrate every step toward greater independence, no matter how "small" it might seem.

Our weekend gaming sessions aren't "inclusion activities" - they're spaces where everyone belongs. Success is proving the world needs exactly what our participants already are, not what someone thinks they should become. Sometimes that leads to employment, sometimes just feeling genuinely valued and part of the community.
