NDIS Capacity Building Programs

Coming Soon to Bairnsdale: We’re moving to a modern facility at 58 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale!

We’re Building Something That’s Never Existed in East Gippsland

We’re local parents pioneering a completely new approach to NDIS Capacity Building Programs in East Gippsland – one that transforms passion for technology into real-world skills, independence, and employment opportunities.

The future of disability support isn’t about helping people fit in – it’s about creating spaces where they thrive.

Join Us To Flip The Script!

For the first time in Gippsland, we’re flipping the script: starting with what people naturally love – gaming, technology, creativity – and building pathways to independence from there.

Here’s what we believe: People with disabilities are already contributing incredible value with skills that can transform communities. We’re here to amplify their strengths and create spaces where they can lead – whether through employment, mentorship, or social connection.

But here’s the revolutionary part: This isn’t just Monday-Friday capacity building. We’re creating Gippsland’s first fully inclusive gaming community hub that operates all week long. Monday to Friday, we run Capacity Building Programs through technology-based learning. On weekends, we transform into a community hub where everyone belongs – led by our weekday participants.

At ESports Collective, people with disabilities won’t just participating in community – they’re leading it in whatever way feels right for them. Some graduates will become our employees. Others become our community champions. All of them become leaders.

Sound impossible? Revolutionary? Like something that should have existed years ago? Scroll down to see exactly how we’re turning this vision into reality!

What Success Looks Like For Us

Success isn’t a participant “overcoming” their disability or becoming neurotypical. Real success is meeting people where they are and building from their strengths – whether that’s independence, community connection, or employment.

Independence at Every Level

For some, success is catching the train here independently for the first time. For others, it’s troubleshooting tech issues for paying customers. Maybe it’s visiting without a support worker or parent, or booking their own learner’s test. We celebrate every step toward greater independence, no matter how “small” it might seem to others.

Building on What’s Already There

Success starts with seeing abilities, not disabilities. Every participant arrives with skills most people don’t recognize – complex problem-solving, creative thinking, incredible persistence. Success is showing them how gaming coordination translates to workplace leadership, how their natural talents become professional advantages. Participants don’t just learn new skills – they discover their existing ones were valuable all along.

Community Where You Belong

Our weekend gaming sessions aren’t “inclusion activities” – they’re spaces where participants are the experts others come to learn from. Success is proving the world needs exactly what our participants already are, not what someone thinks they should become. Sometimes that leads to employment. Sometimes it just leads to feeling valued.
