What is ESports Collective?

Two things at once, one space

ESports Collective is an NDIS provider for neurodivergent young people in East Gippsland, and a community hub for any young person in Bairnsdale to come together over the things they love.

We deliver NDIS programs including Social Circle groups, 1:1 peer support, skills development, supported work and allied health, all from a space that doesn't feel clinical, because it isn't one. We also run casual gaming and community programs open to everyone, no plan needed and no referral required.

There's nothing else quite like us in East Gippsland.

More than just gaming

Interest-based activities are our foundation

When a young person walks in for something they already love, the hard part is already done. The kid who goes quiet in a crowded room lights up at the D&D table. The teen who says they hate group activities ends up coaching someone through a race. That's how friendships and confidence grow here, through the thing they came for, not despite it.

It's a low-pressure way in for young people who find ordinary social settings hard, and a genuinely good time for everyone else. NDIS participant or not, plan or no plan, the same space and the same welcome.

Lived experience, by design

Meet Our Team

Our team is neurodivergent or has close lived experience of disability through family. Our support workers, peer support staff and front-of-house team bring a real understanding of navigating systems, schools and communities that were not designed for them. That is not accidental, it is the most deliberate decision we have made.

Blake is having a great time with Ellie. Hearing him laughing with her is making me a bit emotional actually. He is so happy!
